Father, We give thanks for wisdom today. We give thanks that you are our teacher, our best friend and our counsellor. When we have questions, you have answers. When we are puzzled, you have the piece that we need. When we are lost, you are the map that we follow so that we can get back on track. And when we have lost our direction, you are the compass that points the way back. There is one way, that way is Jesus. In all things we need to look to Christ and not search out complex answers. Today, we seek the wisdom of our Father God. Today we give thanks for the help we have been blessed with and the direction we have received from you. We give thanks for the wisdom that encourages us to ask questions so that our wisdom can grow. We are humbled by the things you have revealed in your majesty. Help us to use the wisdom we are given, to not waste it. Help us to not get prideful or boast to others of our knowledge or become self reliant instead of God reliant; rather let us share it with those who are in need. We also give thanks for the wisdom of our elders, our friends and our pastors and others you send to correct us. We give thanks for the Holy SPirit who convicts us of sin, leads us away from temptation and guides us. He is our counselor. Thank you Jesus for being our Teacher. Thank you for showing me the way. Thank you for your wisdom. I can rest assured today, knowing that in you I have the answers I need. Today, mold, me, teach me, shape me. I am yours. Use me as you desire Jesus. In your name we pray. Amen.

DEar Papa,
Where there is hatred, let there be love.
Where there is war, let there be peace.
Where there is anger, let there be happiness.
Where there is seduction, let eyes be opened to the sin at hand.
Where there is violence, let there be calm.
Where there is stagnation, let there be change.
Where there is attacks, let there be strongholds of CHrist and firm foundations built in CHrist and the armor of God.
Where there is crooked paths, straighten it.
Where there is need, let there be provision.
Where there is addiction, let it be the addiction to Jesus.
Where there is helplessness, let there be help.
Where there is confusion, let there be the Word of God.
Where there is questions, Jesus give us answers!
Where there is disorientation, let there be the map and compass of Christ.
Where there is deception, may eyes be opened to you Lord.
Where there is lies, let there be truth.
Where there is shaking, let me stand firm.
Where there is an opportunity, let me plant the seeds of the Holy Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control).
Where there is death, let there be life in Christ.
